Business Model Innovation (BMI) may offers a fresh way. Professor of Strategy and Innovation Management, Dr. William Wang, will invite you thinking about how BMI renews competitive advantage and regains growth in this challenging environment. In this one hour seminar, he will first illustrate the basic concept of business model innovation, then focusing on the in-depth case studies in the Chinese market, to demonstrate the tools and method of business model innovation. You are welcome to bring your questions to interact, so as to have a real experience of MBA classroom.
