Description: The exponential growth of China’s inward and outward foreign direct investment in the past decades has generated great demand for Chinese executives “go global”. Whether it is representing Chinese companies in foreign countries or working in multinational corporations inside China, Chinese executives need to work effectively in multicultural contexts. This talk will share insights from first hand interviews and recent research on effectiveness of Chinese executives working in multicultural environment – the trend, the challenges, and the development paths.
